This project involved the complete rebuilding of the interior spaces and front façade of an existing 6 floor commercial building that had been long abandoned by the original owners and acquired by Baltimore City, into a mixed-used commercial and multi-family apartment building with new glass curtain wall system. The first floor is a commercial space while the 5 top floors have 3 units of dwelling units per floor for a total of 15 apartments.
