Vulcan Blazers Event Center

The project was to provide
conceptual planning for an event center for the Vulcan Blazers, a Baltimore City based African American fraternity organization representing firefighters and paramedics.

The purpose of this planning project was to determine the size of building needed to meet all the programmatic needs of the organization which will in turn help determine the area of the land needed for the proposed facility. The conceptual plan will also be used to develop a preliminary cost estimate for fund raising purposes.

The building provides new offices and recreational spaces for the Vulcan Blazers on the second floor while the first floor will contain banquet rooms and other spaces that will be rented out to provide income for the organization.
